Liaoning International Cooperation Group's aid project team to Cape Verde was highly praised for assisting local government departments in flood fighting.

Currently, the neo-crown epidemic continues to spread in Cape Verde, Africa, however, due to the local torrential rains have created a once-in-a-century severe flood. The project team of Liaoning International Cooperation Group to assist Cape Verde has actively assisted the local government in flood control and disaster reduction work for many times while doing a good job in epidemic prevention and control to ensure the health and safety of personnel and the orderly progress of the project.

The ongoing floods have made the work and life of the local people worse. In September and October, Praia, the capital of Cape Verde, was severely affected by heavy rains and floods. The National Auditorium, the exhibition room of the Father of the Nation, and the National Library were flooded. If it is not controlled in time, it will bring serious losses to the cultural field of Cape Verde. After the company's aid to Cape Verde project team has assisted in the drainage work for many times, the surrounding floods have been basically controlled, and they have been highly recognized and praised by the local government and relevant departments. The Cape Verde Ministry of Culture and the local library have also sent letters to express their gratitude.

The company's aid to Cape Verde project team took practical actions to overcome the difficulties and tide over the difficulties with the local government and people, which fully reflected the feelings of great love, fully demonstrated the responsibility of a great power, and jointly built another bridge of friendship.
