Liaoning International Cooperation Group's work in aiding the agricultural project in Côte d'Ivoire was praised.
From January to April 2021, the technical team of the agricultural technology cooperation project in the Gegedu rice reclamation area in Côte d'Ivoire, undertaken by the company, used the dry season golden construction period to repair and maintain the damaged water conservancy facilities in the Gegedu rice reclamation area. During the period, the following work was mainly completed:Dry canal weeding and dredging 3000 meters, branch canals, drainage ditches and intercepting ditches weeding and dredging 7500 meters, roads and tractor roads are maintained 6500 meters, and washed-out levees are repaired 2000 meters.³，Maintenance and flushing of 30 ㎡ of main canal,Repair No. 19 ditch and replace 3 culvert pipes. In the process of construction, the department will give strong support to the technical team in the recruitment of temporary employees and construction site management. The two sides inspected the above work and signed the work record on April 28. In addition, the technical team also helped to level roads and improve traffic conditions in the village of Gegdu.
The above-mentioned work has been praised by the Rice Department, the Gegdu Agricultural Association and the local people.
