At the same time, he also reported to the provincial departments in the name of illegal reimbursement of travel, accommodation and other expenses of 23400 yuan.

    2016In December 1993, Wu Chaoping was transferred from Ya 'an City People's Procuratorate to Party Secretary and Acting Chief Procurator of Shimian County People's Procuratorate. At the beginning of taking office, Wu Chaoping arranged for the unit driver to drive the official vehicle from asbestos to Chengdu for the weekend.

    2018At noon on March 2, 1993 (Lantern Festival), Wu Chaoping privately arranged the driver of the unit to drive the official vehicle from asbestos to Chengdu and returned to asbestos on March 4.

    2020On the evening of May 28, 1993, Wu Chaoping arranged for the unit driver to drive the official vehicle from asbestos to Chengdu on business. After the official business ended the next day, he illegally arranged for the unit driver and the official vehicle to stay and wait, and returned to asbestos on the afternoon of June 1.

Article 107 of the Regulations on Disciplinary Actions of the Communist Party of China stipulates that in violation of relevant regulations, the provision, purchase, replacement, decoration, or use of official transportation, or other violations of official transportation management regulations, those directly responsible and those responsible for leadership If the circumstances are serious, a warning or a serious warning shall be given; if the circumstances are serious, the party position shall be removed or the party probation shall be given. In the process of organizing verification and filing a case for review, in view of Wu Chaoping's ability to cooperate with the verification and review work, truthfully explain the facts of his violation of discipline, take the initiative to hand in the proceeds of violation of discipline, and have a deeper understanding of his violation of discipline, in December 2020, Wu Chaoping was severely warned and punished by the party.

In this case, Wu Chaoping's private use of the bus was frequent and lasted for a long time, which was a violation of discipline against the wind. In recent years, although the phenomenon of private use of public cars has been effectively curbed, there are still a small number of party members and cadres who have serious privileged thoughts and regard public cars as "Tang monk meat" and the "oil" of the country ".The root cause is the misconception of "public power and private use" and "damage the public and private". It is the "master switch" of ideals, beliefs and purposes that has gone wrong.
