Fanjiatun Village is located in the east of Luodatai Town, Wensheng District, Liaoyang City. There are 311 households in the village. There are currently 31 party members in the village party branch and 5 cadres of the "two committees" of the village. In 2022, it was awarded as "Liaoning Province Democracy and Rule of Law Demonstration Village" and "Liaoyang City Democracy and Rule of Law Demonstration Village". In 2023, it was awarded as "Liaoning Province Law Popularization Demonstration Site" and was selected as the third batch of national rural governance demonstration villages.

Since Comrade Li Yufei came to Fanjiatun Village as the first secretary, the living environment and the overall appearance of the village have been greatly improved. In 2021, due to the disrepair and unevenness of the road to Fanjiatun Village, the roads in the village, including drainage ditches, drainage pipes, bridges, etc., began to be repaired; in 2022, with the strong support of the company, the village will build a party building culture Corridor, upgrade the infrastructure of the village, and the whole village will be completely renewed; in 2023, the construction of farmland operation roads will facilitate the daily travel and work of villagers; now every year, villagers are organized to plant flowers in the village's open space in the right season. For a long time, the main economic industry of Fanjiatun Village is agriculture, and the farming method is mainly dry land. The source of farmers' income is relatively single, the village collective economy is relatively weak, and the development of economic activities is relatively backward. In 2022, with the help of the Party Committee of Luodatai Town, after careful field investigations, the introduction of the food and medicine chrysanthemum planting project-Beixiangju, which can produce about 1500 catties of flowers per mu, and the market price is about 3000 yuan per mu of gross profit, which can beautify the environment., Can increase farmers' income. In 2023, after investigation, the milk corn project was introduced. This corn variety originated in Taiwan and is a special fruit corn variety. It was successfully planted in the village. The "Milk Corn Joint Party Committee" was established with two neighboring villages. Planting will also be promoted on a large scale. The village has now completed sowing, and the "Liaoning Daily", "Liaoyang News" and other media have reported many times.
