In the future, the shortage of professional nursing talents in the elderly care industry will become higher and higher. With the efforts of all parties, I am sincerely happy to be able to sign a cooperation agreement today. Since the conclusion of the economic and trade exchange agreement between Liaoning Province and Ehime Prefecture in October 1995, the two sides have dispatched visiting groups to each other, frequently held business fairs and exhibitions, and conducted diverse interactive exchanges. As a result, they were able to witness today's signing ceremony. Happy. The county's Ehime Nursing Sharing Collaborative Combination is the highest level representative of the county's medical, nursing, integrated life support and other pension industry technology development. It is hoped that students studying nursing in Liaoning Province can come to Ehime County to participate in skills practice. Moreover, I sincerely hope that relying on the agreement signed this time, it will provide help for Liaoning Province to cultivate elderly care talents, improve the level of the elderly care industry, and contribute to the development of China's domestic elderly care industry.
Kan Lixin, deputy general manager of Liaoning International Cooperation Group, said: Liaoning International Cooperation Group is a large-scale foreign economic and trade enterprise group directly under the Liaoning Provincial Government and an important window for Liaoning Province to open to the outside world. Since the 1980 s, he has been engaged in the related business of sending skilled interns to Japan. For a long time, the number of skilled students sent abroad has been in the forefront of enterprises in the same industry in China. With the continuous development of economic cooperation between China and Japan, in November last year, Japan opened the dispatch business of nursing students to China. This poses new challenges and new opportunities for our skilled student dispatch business, which has been dominated by ordinary jobs for decades. Japan is a developed country in the world, and the technology and management level of elderly care are well-known in the world. Sending nursing students to Japan provides a rare learning opportunity for China, the world's largest developing country that is about to enter an aging society. In order to select and train more excellent nursing students to study and work in Japan, we have reached a cooperation consensus with Japan's Ehime Nursing Sharing Cooperation Group and Shenyang Traditional Chinese Medicine School to jointly select and cultivate nursing students to Japan. We believe that with the support and help of relevant departments of the two governments and the joint efforts of our three parties, we will definitely be able to do a good job in the dispatch of nursing students to Japan, achieve mutual benefit and long-term development, and make new contributions to the care of the elderly in China and Japan.

In addition, Zhao Angang, vice president of Shenyang School of traditional Chinese Medicine, and Wen You, vice chairman of Japan's Ehime Nursing Sharing Collaboration, also made speeches at the meeting.
